With the development of global warming, it becomes more difficult to enjoy the ordinary temperature in summer. In order to provide more comfortable working condition to Pasco employees, the management decided to install the cooling system to all the workshops.

Such investment on upgrading working condition is well worth while, as it definitely improves the degree of employee satisfaction. We do believe the higher degree of employee satisfaction, the higher production yield rate per person and lower quality failure rate.

To make Pasco a more attractive working place for migrant workers, we would continue evaluating reasonable process and solution to improve working condition. This is also one of the social responsibilities required by our American and European customers.
